Photo Gallery | New, Fun Tavern Opens in Courthouse
Here's another reason to visit Arlington.
Calling all Hokies. Get ready to dance on benches, and drink 16oz. pint glasses (even cocktails) at the recently opened Wilson Tavern in Courthouse.
Located at 2403 Wilson Blvd, all are welcome to join in the craziness that Mighty Pint owner, Reese Gardner, expects will ensue at the new Tavern, which will be an official Virginia Tech bar.
Food and drink specials are displayed throughout the establishment, and there’s a chalkboard where regulars can sign their name, and have the chance for a personal plaque after they’ve visited the joint 10 times (pretty sweet deal!)
“Love this space,” explained manager Jordan Bickle. “Come enjoy yourself in a definite party atmosphere with good food at even better prices.”
There’s a new sound system, new specials, new high top tables, and bench seating that’s sure to offer plenty of space for people to sit or stand on to watch a game, as well as an outside seating area.
Wilson Tavern offers a weekend brunch with $2 Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and Miller Lites in 16oz. pint glasses. They also run a special of 1/2 priced wine bottles on Sundays.
Need a drink during the week? Check out their $1 Miller Lite special on Wednesdays from 7 p.m. to close.
