Man Arrested For Assaulting, Abducting Woman In Front Of Kids | News

MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA) -- Saturday evening, a woman told Manassas City Police told them that she had been assaulted by an acquaintance at her home.

Herberth Cruz Vicente is accused of being intoxicated when he went to her apartment, and then yelling and shoving her. The woman told police that when she tried to leave with her children, he "physically held her against her will and proceeded to assault her," according to police.

Cruz Vicente is charged with abduction and domestic assault. He is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center without bond.
